Site Engineer

- Site Supervision & Coordination: Manage day-to-day execution, overseeing direct labor and subcontractors across multiple stories and trades (structural, MEP, and facades). - Technical Execution: Interpret complex engineering drawings, shop drawings, and structural specifications, while executing site surveys, alignments, and layout controls using precision tools (e.g., Total Station, GPS). - Quality Assurance & Control (QA/QC): Conduct daily inspections to ensure concrete works, rebar placement, verticality, and finishing meet exact design standards. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions - Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): Enforce fall protection, scaffolding safety, and lifting operations. Conduct regular safety briefings and immediately report hazards to the HSE team. - Materials & Resource Management: Oversee the procurement, tracking, and correct storage of materials (steel, concrete, interior finishes) to minimize wastage. - Reporting & Administration: Track project progress against baseline programs to identify constraints or delays. Prepare daily reports, handle Requests for Information (RFIs), and clear snagging lists prior to handover Pay: AED2,495.49 - AED9,391.68 per month Work Location: In person
