Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, service logic, data flows, and system integrations using Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python, with attention to maintainability, scalability, performance, and operational stability. Contribute to the AI-native transformation of business systems and the engineering implementation of AI Agent capabilities, while helping build AI Coding solutions and explore new workflows connecting product requirements, coding, validation, and delivery. Improve frontend and full-stack infrastructure and developer tooling to increase engineering efficiency, code quality, and system stability. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and AI disciplines to break down complex problems and deliver complete product solutions.
