Terms of Service

GlobalScope is an information platform — we surface career opportunities, company profiles, and city guides to help business graduates find international roles. We are not a recruiter, a staffing agency, or an immigration adviser. By using GlobalScope you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure — please don't share your password.

GlobalScope offers a free Explorer plan and paid plans (Graduate and Priority). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never store your full card details. All prices are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not offer partial-period refunds, except where required by law (for example, under UK consumer protection regulations).

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download GlobalScope content.
• Use GlobalScope for any unlawful purpose or to harm other users.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
• Provide false or misleading information in your profile.
• Share your account with others or resell access to the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Everything on GlobalScope — the platform, design, copy, data, and code — belongs to GlobalScope Ltd or our licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

Job listings, company profiles, and sponsorship information are aggregated from publicly available sources and provided in good faith. They may be incomplete or out of date. We make no guarantees about their accuracy — always verify directly with the employer.

Your profile information stays yours. By saving it to GlobalScope you grant us a limited licence to store and display it to you within the platform. We do not share your profile with employers or third parties without your consent.

GlobalScope is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep the platform running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of — or inability to use — GlobalScope.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GlobalScope Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of GlobalScope after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
