Synced every morning

Listings are pulled daily from two independent live sources covering every city we list, on a rotation that refreshes each city multiple times a week. If a sync ever fails, our team is alerted by email the same morning.

Filtered for graduates, hard

On a typical sync day, more listings are rejected than accepted. These are the standing removal rules:

• Senior roles. Directors, VPs, heads of department, principals and team leads are removed. If a listing needs ten years of experience, a graduate cannot use it.

• Local-quota programmes. Gulf feeds carry nationalisation-quota roles (Emiratisation, Qatarization, Saudization) that international candidates cannot apply to. We remove every one.

• Gender-restricted listings. Some overseas feeds carry roles restricted to one gender. They are removed, whichever gender they restrict to.

• Local-language noise. In Paris, Berlin and Amsterdam we remove listings written in French, German or Dutch. Our members are English-speaking graduates, so a listing that requires fluent local language from line one is noise.

• Contracts graduates cannot take. Freelance, interim and local apprenticeship contracts (like the French alternance, which requires enrolment in a French training programme) are removed.

• Broken or empty listings. Listings without a real description, a company name, or a working title are dropped before they ever reach the database.

Expired automatically

Every listing carries an expiry date and is deactivated automatically after 30 days if it has not reappeared in a fresh sync. Nothing on GlobalScope has been sitting dead for months, which is more than can be said for most boards.

And for Concierge, verified by hand

Concierge members get hand-picked shortlists where a consultant from our careers team opens and verifies every single link the same day it is sent. That standard is not automatable, which is why Concierge is capped at 20 members.
