Sales Advisor – Luxury Interiors & Furniture Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to guide customers through the selection and purchase of kitchens, wardrobes, doors, vanity units, loose furniture and related interior solutions. The role combines consultative sales, interior design knowledge and technical understanding to deliver a premium customer experience. The successful candidate will understand client requirements, develop suitable design solutions and proposals, manage the sales process from enquiry to order, and consistently achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities • Welcome and engage showroom visitors in a professional and consultative manner. • Understand customers' lifestyle, functional requirements, aesthetic preferences and budget. • Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans and client briefs. • Present and recommend products, materials, finishes, accessories and interior solutions. • Assist clients with the selection of layouts, materials, colours, finishes and accessories. • Ensure proposed solutions are both aesthetically appealing and technically feasible. • Follow up on leads and enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed orders. • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals and sales presentations. • Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and effectively close sales. • Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process. • Address and resolve customer queries and concerns professionally and promptly. • Build strong, long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, finishes and innovations. • Manage multiple client requirements and projects while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Education & Experience • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales of kitchens, wardrobes, furni
