Digital Marketing Executive — Ratan Sajan Diamonds DMCC Almas Tower, DMCC, Dubai | Full-Time | Up to AED 5,000/month About Us Ratan Sajan Diamonds is a vertically integrated diamond house based in the heart of Dubai's DMCC Free Zone. We source rough diamonds, manufacture in-house, and sell directly to discerning clients across the UAE and beyond. We're building our digital presence aggressively and need someone who can execute at pace. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who lives in the data, owns campaign performance end-to-end, and knows how to turn ad spend into qualified enquiries. This isn't a brand awareness role — we need someone who optimises for results and moves fast. What You'll Own • Google Ads — Search, Shopping, and Display campaigns with full ownership of budget, bidding, and performance • Meta Ads — Instagram and Facebook campaigns including reels, stories, and WhatsApp conversion flows • SEO — on-page, technical, and content improvements to grow organic traffic on Shopify and WordPress • Creative production — using AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, CapCut, etc.) to produce ad-ready images and video content • Google My Business — manage and optimise the GMB profile including posts, reviews, Q&A, photos, and local SEO signals • Shopify Tracking Setup — implement and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager, and GA4 to ensure accurate attribution across all paid campaigns • Ad Testing — run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, headlines, audiences, and landing pages; document learnings and iterate rapidly • Analytics and reporting — weekly and monthly performance reviews covering CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality • Website management — landing page optimisation, product uploads, and CRO on Shopify • Competitor tracking — ongoing benchmarking via Meta Ad Library, SEMrush, and Google What We're Looking For • 3+ years of digital marketing experience in the UAE, with a strong portfo
