Commercial Litigation Associate

About the role: -Commercial disputes involving contracts, M&A transactions, shareholder disagreements, tech, IP, fraud, and debt recovery. -Disputes requiring urgent relief to enforce restrictive covenants, protect confidential information, and other assets. -Financial services disputes, particularly for in-house legal teams of insurers, wealth managers, and advice networks. The ideal candidate: -2-4 Years of relevant experience or interest in key practice areas. -Enthusiastic about working across diverse practice areas and sectors, with the ability to adapt and learn quickly. -Strong academic background at undergraduate and JD level.
