Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across search, display, and social media channels. Manage and improve digital guest touchpoints throughout the customer journey. Monitor digital performance metrics, conversion rates, and ROI, providing clear performance reports. Ensure brand consistency, content accuracy, and compliance across all digital platforms. Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align digital initiatives with business priorities. Support visibility, engagement, and enrollment objectives for the ALL - Accor Live Limitless program. Manage relationships with digital agencies, platform providers, and Accor central digital teams.
