The opportunity Our tax practice revolves around helping our clients effectively manage their tax obligations proactively and responsibly. As part of a global team of 35,000 tax professionals in 150 countries, you will advise clients on planning, compliance and reporting wherever the client has needs. Groups (or, as we call them – sub-service lines) within Tax include Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Human Capital, Indirect Tax Services, International Tax Services and Transaction Tax Services. As part of our International Tax and Transaction Tax team, you will advise companies on all tax aspects of their transactions and help clients to manage all aspects of a tax function, including acquisition structuring, holding structure set up and design as well as managing global tax risks and meeting cross-border tax obligations. Your key responsibilities - Provide a wide range of tax advisory services on international tax advisory engagements, tax structuring, cross-border/M&A transactions, and ad hoc projects; - Address complex Hong Kong corporate tax and International tax issues and assists clients in strategically aligning different areas of taxation.
