Key Responsibilities - Capital Market Initiatives Support the evaluation and execution of capital allocation strategies to optimize our balance sheet and fund growth. Daily tasks include: - Analyzing capital market trends (e.g., debt/equity, MA) to inform financing decisions - Building and updating financial models to assess funding options, cost of capital, and risk-return profiles - Collaborating with Corporate Finance to prepare materials for presentations, or debt/equity issuances - Partnering with IR to refine messaging around capital structure changes and market positioning - Strategic Investment Initiatives Play a critical role in evaluating opportunities to expand our business through MA, partnership, or minority investments.
