Position: Social Media Marketing & Digital Production Executive Department: Marketing & Digital Media Location:Dubai, UAE Job Summary We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Marketing & Digital Production Executive to manage our social media presence, create engaging digital content, and support marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for content creation, video production, social media management, and digital marketing activities to increase brand awareness, engagement, and enquiries. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels. • Plan and prepare monthly social media content calendars and campaigns. • Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, promotional materials, and other digital content. • Shoot and edit photos and videos for classes, events, activities, promotions, and campaigns. • Edit short-form videos and reels using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or similar software. • Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns, advertisements, events, and promotional activities. • Write captions, hashtags, promotional content, and other social media copy. • Monitor social media engagement, comments, messages, and enquiries and coordinate with the relevant team for timely responses. • Assist in planning and managing paid social media advertising campaigns. • Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions. • Prepare regular social media and digital marketing performance reports. • Coordinate with teachers, management, and event teams to capture content and promote activities. • Ensure all digital content follows the company’s branding guidelines and maintains a professional image. • Stay updated with current social media trends, content formats, algorithms, and digital marketing strategies. • Support website, Google Business, email marketing, and other digit
