We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Remote Business Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and bridging the gap between our operational needs and technology solutions to drive efficiency and growth. This is a fully remote position, offering a competitive compensation rate of $45 - $60 USD per hour. Responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: - Collaborating with stakeholders across various departments, including sales, design, and production, to gather, analyse, and document business requirements. - Evaluating existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend optimised solutions. - Translating business requirements into clear functional specifications for system enhancements or new technology implementations. - Developing and maintaining detailed documentation, including process maps, user stories, and business cases. - Analysing data to generate insights and creating comprehensive reports for management to support strategic decision-making. - Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure solutions meet organisational needs. - Supporting project management activities by helping to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
