Registered Nurse (Wound Nurse)

Job Duties: • Conduct wound assessments and develop personalized care plans • Manage complex wound cases and provide clinical guidance to nursing staff • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care • Monitor wound healing progress and adjust treatment plans as required • Educate patients and caregivers on wound prevention, dressing techniques, and self‑care practices • Maintain accurate records of assessments, treatments, and outcomes • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and hospital safety standards • Participate in audits, quality improvement projects, and staff training related to wound care Requirement: • Valid nursing practicing certificate in Hong Kong • Certification in Stoma and Wound Care Nursing • Minimum 3 years clinical experience with a focus on wound care • Advanced knowledge of wound care products, technologies, and evidence‑based practices • Familiarity with hospital policies, infection control, and nursing standards • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff • ACLS certification required for Critical Care Areas
