Registered Nurse Trainer (Remote)

Job Summary We are looking for a licensed RN or APRN with experience in aesthetics or med spa settings to develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff. The first two weeks will be on-site at a spa location to learn procedures, treatments, products, and equipment. Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain training materials for clinical staff - Lead virtual training sessions - Conduct on-site orientation for new staff during travel assignments - Support and mentor junior nurses - Work with leadership to standardize clinical practices Qualifications - Active RN or APRN license - Experience in aesthetic or med spa nursing - Ability to travel occasionally as required - Compensation & Benefits - $26–$32 per hour - Primarily remote with occasional travel - Travel expenses covered by the company - Educational and supportive work environment Join us to make a meaningful impact by empowering nurses through innovative remote training!
