Registered Nurse (OPD/ER) - Ahalia Hospital

Job Requirements • Mandatory possession of an active, verifiable DOH (Department of Health Abu Dhabi) Registered Nurse License, or a fully transferable DHA/MOH license with completed Dataflow PSV. • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of continuous post-graduate clinical experience within an acute hospital setting; current BLS and ACLS certifications are strictly required. • Exceptional ability to communicate clearly under high-stress medical situations in English; native proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is highly prioritized for local patient demographics. Responsibilities • Execute rapid, highly accurate patient triage and primary care assessments in a high-volume outpatient or emergency setting, strictly adhering to Ahalia and DOH clinical protocols. • Administer critical medications, monitor vital signs, and assist specialist physicians during clinical procedures while ensuring absolute zero-error documentation on patient electronic health records. • Maintain absolute compliance with regional infection control mandates, safely handling medical waste and passing unannounced DOH regulatory health and safety audits.
