Healthcare Nurse – Homecare ServicesJob Description We are hiring a professional and compassionate Healthcare Nurse to join our home healthcare team. The nurse will be responsible for providing safe and high-quality nursing services, such as blood tests, IV drips and vaccines to patients in their homes across Dubai. The role primarily involves home blood sample collection, IV drip administration, vaccinations, injections, basic patient assessment, and other nursing procedures as required. Key Responsibilities • Visit patients at their homes to provide nursing and healthcare services. • Perform blood sample collection and phlebotomy safely and accurately. • Administer IV drips and IV medications according to physician instructions and approved protocols. • Administer vaccinations and injections safely and maintain appropriate documentation. • Monitor patients before, during, and after IV therapy or other procedures. • Check and record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, and blood glucose when required. • Ensure correct patient identification before performing procedures. • Follow infection-control, sterilization, and patient-safety procedures at all times. • Properly label, store, and handle blood samples before transportation to the laboratory. • Educate patients regarding procedures, medications, vaccinations, and aftercare instructions. • Identify adverse reactions or medical emergencies and take appropriate immediate action. • Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. • Coordinate with doctors, laboratories, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals when required. • Maintain nursing equipment, medical supplies, IV materials, and emergency items. • Ensure patient privacy and confidentiality at all times. • Travel to patient locations according to scheduled homecare appointments. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing. • Valid DHA License / DHA Eligibility Letter
