Real Estate Litigation Associate

Location: Manhattan, New York City Salary: $270,000-$300,000 About Our Client: A leading Am Law 100 firm with an established New York office consisting of over 150 attorneys, is looking to add an experienced real estate litigation Associate/Counsel to their team. Position Overview: The firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate or Counsel with 6-10 years' experience with a strong commercial real estate litigation background. The successful candidate will work across a broad range of commercial real estate litigation, representing property owners, developers, landlords, property managers, commercial tenants, co-op and condominium boards, and other stakeholders. Matters will include landlord-tenant litigation, condominium disputes, construction disputes, development and purchase/sale agreement disputes, etc. Qualifications + Experience: - Candidates will ideally have between 6-10 years of experience practicing New York real estate litigation law. - Experience with landlord-tenant, construction, leasing, development or co-op/condominium litigation - Admission to the New York Bar required. - Experience in Am Law 100/200 firm preferred. - Strong client-facing, analytical, and communication skills.
