Unleash your talent and redefine what’s possible. Job Description: Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Risk & Reporting Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to Own the risk and reporting function across the project — establishing the risk management framework, driving quantitative analysis of schedule and cost exposure, and delivering the reporting suite that gives the Client a single, trusted source of truth on project performance. What You'll Be Doing: • Develop and implement risk management strategies and plans for construction projects. • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery. • Monitor and report on project risks and progress to senior management and stakeholders. • Prepare detailed risk assessments and reports, including risk registers and mitigation plans. • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of risk management objectives. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. • Utilize risk management and reporting software and tools to track and report on project status. • Run Quantitative Risk Analysis (QSRA/QCRA) using Primavera Risk Analysis, Safran, or @RISK; produce P50/P80 outputs to inform contingency drawdown and schedule float management • Produce the monthly Project Progress Report, Client dashboards, and Executive/Steering Committee packs — integrating programme, cost, HSE, quality, and risk data. • Define and track project KPIs and Earned Value metrics; investigate variances and escalate trends with recommended mitigation. • Build a
