About the role Harneys is seeking a talented and experienced Paralegal to join our Hong Kong Dispute Resolution team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of impeccable paralegal support for a broad range of litigation matters. Responsibilities The incumbent will assist with the following (which is not an exhaustive list):- - Drafting and preparation of legal documents under supervision, and proof reading; - Performing conflict checks and conducting legal research; - Document filing and billing. Requirements - Must have at least 2 - 4 years’ experience as a Paralegal; - Trilingual (English, Cantonese and Mandarin); - Previous experience supporting a Dispute Resolution team is required; - Law Degree or equivalent qualifications essential; - Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Adobe and Outlook are required. Familiarity with platforms like Intapp, 3E, and FileSite is desirable; - Must be a good team player, can work under pressure and deadlines. Disclaimer
