Paralegal - 6 Month Contract

Role Overview We are recruiting a 6 months fixed-term contract Paralegal for our Hong Kong office to assist on corporate work and AI initiatives. The candidate will provide legal support to Associates and Partners of our Hong Kong and Beijing offices. Key Responsibilities - To provide legal support on AI-related initiatives, including legal research on AI regulatory developments and assisting with AI governance and policy work, as well as providing legal support to Partners and Associates, and to work alongside our Trainees. - To assist in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research in corporate and commercial matters, including IPOs (e.g. interview DDQ, verification notes, A1 documents), and in relation to AI-related projects. - To conduct due diligence, third party due diligence and interviews, and verification of documents on IPO projects. - Other ad hoc duties as required by the Partners, Associates, Trainees and senior management. Candidate Profile - Law degree holder with strong academic results. - 1-2 years’ experience in handling corporate and commercial matters in international law firms or multinational org
