Operations Analyst, Global Investment Bank - J12463

Our client, a global investment bank, is looking for an operations analyst to cover the regulatory reporting duties for APAC markets. Key Responsibilities - Lead the preparation and timely submission of daily and periodic regulatory reports to ensure full compliance with local jurisdictional requirements. - Support the Ops-related systems automation projects and business initiatives. - Support specialized functions related to Bond Agency services and OSP Master Agency workflows. This includes managing lifecycle events, coupon payments, and documentation oversight. - Monitor the trade execution and allocation across APAC markets. Identify, investigate, and resolve trade discrepancies or fails by collaborating with front-office desks, brokers, and custodians Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. - 2–5 years of experience in middle-office or back-office operations within a global investment bank or securities firm. - Strong understanding of APAC trade settlement cycles and market practices. - Experience in regulatory reporting and operations. - Professional fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
