Key Responsibilities • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to oncology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. • Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments safely and accurately. • Monitor for treatment side effects and complications, and intervene promptly in collaboration with the medical team. • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, symptom management, and post-treatment care. • Provide emotional and psychological support to patients facing complex and challenging diagnoses. • Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical records. • Uphold infection control protocols and safety standards aligned with global best practices. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution. • Current and valid nursing license in country of origin or practice. • Minimum 2 years of recent experience in oncology or hematology nursing. • BLS certification required; ONS chemotherapy certification or equivalent preferred. • Candidates trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa are strongly preferred. • Experience with chemotherapy protocols, central lines, and symptom management is highly desirable. • Empathetic communication skills, attention to detail, and strong clinical decision-making abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
