Marketing Trainee

Responsibilities: • Report to Marketing Managers and support the Sales & Marketing Division • Assist in account and sales management by providing customer care & support (such as preparing customer meeting/visits, business conferences, meeting minutes, etc.) to enhance customer retention/acquisition rates and foster string customer relationships • Assist in preparing sales & marketing analysis, business reports, business plan, and annual budgeting, etc. for monitoring and managing the business performance, and evaluating effectiveness of the sales & marketing programs • Other job duties assigned Requirements: • Degree preferably in Business, Shopping Mall, or Marketing-related disciplines. Fresh graduates or candidates with less than two years of full-time work experience are welcome. Candidates with professional disciplines or a Higher Diploma in related disciplines may also be considered • Strong determination to develop career in the air cargo industry or Sales & Marketing field • Outgoing, self-motivated, positive with good interpersonal skill • Works well both as a team player and independently • Demonstrates ownership, commitment, and meets deadlines • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Exhibits good discipline and business ethics • Proactive in learning and taking initiative • Proficient in MS Office applications. • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
