Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Marketing & Administration Managers to join our medical group in prime location dubai and abudhabhi Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a medical center or healthcare facility. - Strong knowledge of medical insurance, insurance approvals, claims, billing, and TPA coordination. - Excellent understanding of medical center operations and administration. - Proven experience in healthcare marketing, patient acquisition, business development, and corporate relations. - Ability to manage daily administrative operations, staff coordination, and patient services. - Good knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and insurance procedures. - Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient flow and revenue. - Experience in coordinating with insurance companies, TPAs, corporate clients, and healthcare partners will be an advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Experience: - 3 yr: 1 year (Preferred) Language: - English arabic (Preferred) Willingness to travel: - 25% (Preferred) Work Location: In person
