Marketing Manager,Hong Kong

Overview - Manage the full beverage brand portfolio for PepsiCo Hong Kong, including Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Evervess, Gatorade, Aquafina, and Propel. - Report to the Head of Franchise and support the delivery of the Annual Business Plan, driving business growth and achieving volume and profitability targets. - Develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including ATL, BTL, trade activation, Away-from-Home (AFH), public relations, and event marketing. - Lead New Product Development (NPD) and commercialization projects from concept to market launch, including packaging development, cross-functional approvals, launch planning, and go-to-market execution. - Partner closely with the bottler, cross-functional teams, customers, external agencies, and vendors to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and commercialization strategies. - Manage marketing projects within approved budgets and timelines while ensuring high-quality execution. - Oversee the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) to strengthen brand presence and consumer engagement. - Prepare business presentations, marketing reports, and management updates. - Support special projects and other business initiatives as assigned.
