Manager Data Insights & Analytics Job Description Key Accountabilities: • Own and manage the development of a centralized data repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with business needs. • Design and implement automated, scalable dashboards that deliver detailed insights across customer segments and P&L performance. • Drive data governance and standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability across all analytical outputs. • Enable and enhance automated forecasting models to support proactive planning and strategic decision‑making. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business questions into clear, data‑driven insights. • Deliver regular, high‑impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives and commercial decision making. • Identify opportunities to improve data structures, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and insight quality. • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping how data is used to drive value across the organization Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, MBA with a focus on Analytics, or a related field is highly preferred. • Additional certifications in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Advanced Analytics Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) would be advantageous.
