About the job Job purpose: Manage tax compliance and strategy in the company overseeing all aspects of tax compliance, reporting, and planning within the organization. Key accountabilities: • Ensure accurate and timely filing of all required tax returns, including income tax, sales tax, and other applicable taxes. • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position, including minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing available tax benefits. • Review the group structure and advise on tax optimization. • Prepare and review corporation tax calculations and returns. • Prepare and review VAT calculations and returns. • Review transfer pricing procedures, business processes, and intercompany transactions in line with local transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and the group’s existing transfer pricing policy to ensure transfer pricing compliance and advise businesses accordingly. • Ensure correct and timely filing of all transfer pricing documentation including TP master files, TP local files, intercompany transaction reporting, etc. • Country-by-country reporting (CbCR) – preparation of the CbCR document and filing with the tax authorities. • Prepare
