Litigation Associate

Our growing national law firm client is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its Manchester office. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigator looking to take on meaningful responsibility while handling sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes for a diverse client base. The role offers hands-on litigation experience, direct exposure to complex matters, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment. Role Overview The associate will work on a broad range of complex business and commercial litigation matters, including: - Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings - Managing written and document discovery - Handling e-discovery matters - Conducting legal research and developing litigation strategy - Supporting complex corporate and commercial disputes - Taking and defending depositions - Participating in hearings and court appearances - Working directly with clients on case strategy and developments - Managing matters and deadlines with increasing independence Candidate Profile - J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school - Active New Hampshire Bar admission required - 3-7 years of commercial or business litigation experience - Experience representing clients in complex corporate and commercial disputes - Strong pleadings, motion practice, and discovery experience - E-discovery experience - Deposition and courtroom experience is a plus - Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills - Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities - Highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment Why Consider This Opportunity? - Handle sophisticated corporate and commercial disputes - Take on significant responsibility and meaningful case ownership - Gain hands-on experience across discovery, motion practice, de
