Legal Counsel - Transactions & Compliance | Dubai, UAE What This Role Is About Our client is looking for a Legal Counsel - Transactions & Compliance, based in Dubai, to provide legal support across investment transactions, fund activities, and regulatory matters. The role will work closely with senior stakeholders on fund investments and transaction structuring, providing legal guidance throughout the transaction lifecycle. You will also oversee key legal aspects of investor onboarding and ensure documentation and processes are aligned with applicable regulatory requirements. This is a hands-on role for a commercially minded legal professional who can provide sound legal advice, manage complex transactions, and navigate regulatory requirements with confidence. The Client’s Definition of the Ideal Fit • 3 to 5 years of post-qualification legal experience • Strong experience in fund investments and transaction structuring • Experience managing investor onboarding and related legal documentation • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and investment-related legal matters • Commercially minded with the ability to provide practical legal advice in a fast-paced environment • Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills • Must currently be based in Dubai, UAE This is an opportunity to take on a key legal role within an investment-focused environment, working across transactions, fund investments, and regulatory matters.
