Legal Associate (Bilingual - English and Arabic Speaking)

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site corporate Legal Associate role within corporate services field based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Associate will review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and corporate documents, including incorporation documents, shareholder agreements, and service contracts. The role includes advising clients on UAE corporate, commercial, and regulatory law, supporting company formation, restructuring, and ongoing compliance. The Associate will conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure risk management and adherence to applicable laws. The position also involves maintaining clear documentation, participating in client meetings, and providing practical, business-oriented legal guidance to support client growth and diversification. Qualifications • Strong expertise in corporate and commercial law, including company formations, restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. • Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, shareholder agreements, and other key corporate documents. • Experience advising on UAE legal and regulatory frameworks, including free zone and mainland company regulations. • Demonstrated ability to conduct legal research, prepare legal opinions, and present clear, concise legal ad
