Lead, Digital Marketing

Key Responsibilities: • Plan and execute multi-channel digital campaigns to engage target audiences and track KPIs • Generate creative ideas to differentiate services, launch innovative marketing and digital initiatives to boost engagement • Manage social media and digital content to drive lead generation and enhance brand visibility • Produce compliant campaigns (social posts, articles, educational videos) aligned with healthcare regulations and standards • Manage paid media to optimize cost per acquisition • Evaluate campaign performance and conversion rates, analyze ROI and service-line growth to optimize future campaigns • Knowledge of Business Development and experience in co-marketing with B2B partners is advantageous • Assist event projects, e.g. health fairs and corporate events • Ad hoc projects as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business or Healthcare Management • 6+ years digital marketing experience in healthcare providers or insurance • Proven success in patient acquisition or healthcare service campaigns with measurable outcomes • Proficient in Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and social media etc. • Creative and good communication We offer attractive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the right candidates.
