Junior General Accountant

Job Opening Junior General Accountant Job Summary We are looking for a detailoriented and proactive Junior General Accountant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our finance team The candidate will handle daily accounting tasks financial documentation and ensure accuracy in all transactions Arabicspeaking applicants are strongly preferred Key Responsibilities Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Prepare supplier and customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash reports Support monthly payroll preparation Prepare VAT schedules and assist with VAT return filing Maintain organized filing of financial and audit documents Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits Communicate with suppliers clients and internal departments for financerelated matters Provide administrative and general support to the finance team as required Requirements Bachelor s degree in accounting Finance or related field Minimum 2 years of accounting experience UAE experience preferred Basic knowledge of UAE VAT rules and accounting principles Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong accuracy attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication skills Arabic speaking preferred Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Visa Medical insurance Annual leave as per UAE labour law Other company benefits Subject Junior Accountant General Accountant
