The team regularly advises on fund formation across the ADGM DIFC and other international jurisdictions. The work spans a broad range of fund types including private equity venture capital real estate and Shari ah-compliant structures. You ll also have the opportunity to advise on some of the region s most innovative matters including tokenised and tech-driven fund structures. The role offers full lifecycle exposure - from initial structuring and formation through to operations exits and wind-downs. The firm is particularly interested in speaking with common law-qualified lawyers with 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience ideally gained within a top-tier funds or corporate practice. The role is open to candidates currently based outside the region.
