Investment Banking MENA Coverage Analyst

As an Investment Banking Analyst within our dynamic team, you will play a crucial role in the origination and execution of public and private mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures across all industry sectors. You will also provide equity and debt capital markets advisory on a variety of capital and debt raising transactions, including listings, rights issues, and acquisition & leveraged finance across the MENA region. Collaborating with other team members and colleagues from various industry, country, and product teams in other regions/countries, you will gain hands-on experience, continuous mentoring, feedback, and numerous opportunities for professional development.Job responsibilitiesSupport execution, marketing and coverage work across industriesResearch and analyse market data and companiesSupport preparation of client presentationsPerform valuation analyses (e.g. based on multiples, DCF, LBO, etc.)Build detailed and complex financial modelsExecute transactions from pitch to close (e.g. public and private mergers, acquisitions and divestitures across all industry sectors, equity capital markets advisory on various types of capital raising transactions such as listings and rights issues across MENA, etc.)
