Job Description: Key Responsibilities: - Support the execution of equity transactions, including IPOs, follow-ons, and equity-linked transactions - Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, presentations, and client materials - Monitor market developments and maintain databases - Support the ECM team as required Requirements / Qualifications: - Degree in Finance, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic - Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial databases is preferred - Previous working experience in ECM or relevant fields is preferred This position is being recruited on behalf of our client through our Outsourcing service line.
