Investment Analyst/Associate

As an Investment Analyst / Associate, you will support the evaluation and execution of strategic investment opportunities across digital infrastructure and adjacent sectors. You will work closely with the Investments and Asset Management teams to conduct financial analysis, build financial models, coordinate due diligence processes, manage external advisors, and prepare investment committee materials. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from opportunity screening and valuation through transaction execution and portfolio insights. Key Responsibilities - Build and maintain robust financial models, valuations, and investment analyses - Conduct market research, commercial assessments, and investment screening - Coordinate financial, legal, tax, technical, and commercial due diligence workstreams - Manage relationships with external advisors, consultants, lenders, and counterparties throughout transactions - Prepare investment committee papers, presentations, and decision-support materials - Support transaction execution, deal tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Finance, Legal, and Asset Management - Monitor investment pipelines and maintain transaction documentation and trackers
