Graduate Structural Engineer

The Graduate Structural Engineer will support the Structural Engineering team in the analysis, design, and documentation of structural systems across various projects. Duties and Responsibilities • Assist in the preparation of structural analysis and design calculations • Support the development of structural drawings and technical documentation • Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design integration • Incorporate review comments and revisions into drawings and reports • Participate in internal design reviews and project meeting • Attend site visits to gain exposure to construction practices and structural inspections • Maintain organised project documentation in accordance with company standards Qualities and Skills required • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Basic understanding of structural analysis and design principles • Basic knowledge of structural detailing and documentation • Good organisational and time management skills • Good written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team • Commitment to continuous learning and technical development Qualifications required • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • 0-1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) • Familiarity with AutoCAD and structural analysis software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000) is advantageous • Awareness of relevant local and international design codes is desirable
