Graduate Operations Analyst

This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright, analytical and technically minded graduate who is keen to build a career within financial services and gain hands-on exposure to digital assets, transaction processing and financial markets. You don't need previous experience within digital assets or financial services. We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in understanding how technology and financial markets work. The Role Working as part of the Operations team, you will: • Process and monitor transactions, client requests and exceptions, ensuring outstanding items are investigated and resolved promptly • Identify and resolve operational issues, working with Compliance, Technology and other internal teams where required • Investigate transaction exceptions and escalate potential issues or control breakdowns appropriately • Develop a strong understanding of transaction processing across different asset classes, including digital assets • Build knowledge of operational controls, processes and the wider financial services environment • Support the maintenance of operational policies, procedures and process documentation • Assist with training and the ongoing development of transaction-processing systems and processes • Work closely with teams across the business in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment About You We would particularly like to hear from graduates with a degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or another STEM-related discipline. You will ideally be: • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills • Naturally curious and interested in understanding how systems and processes work • Extremely accurate with excellent attention to detail • Confident working with data and technology • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • A strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively • Interested in fintech, financial markets and/or di
