Graduate Engineer/ Greater Bay Area Trainee

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join TQM Consultants Co Ltd as a Graduate Engineer/Trainee - Industrial/Systems Engineering under the Greater Bay Area Youth Employment Scheme. This full-time role will see you playing a key part in the company's systems engineering function, with at least 12 months at TQM's Shenzhen office . You will be involved in a wide range of projects, gaining hands-on experience and developing your skills as a graduate engineer. What you'll be doing • Participating in all phases of the Industrial/Systems Engineering lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing and integration • Applying engineering principles and methodologies to solve real life problems • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects • Documenting engineering processes and procedures • Providing technical support and advice to project stakeholders • Continuously learning and developing your skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices What we're looking for • A bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on Industrial/Systems Engineering or a related discipline received in 2025 or 2026 • Good information analytical and problem-solving skills • Good understanding of Industrial/Systems Engineering principles and methodologies • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges What we offer At TQM Consultants Co Ltd, we are committed to supporting the professional development of our team.
