Rotation Areas Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) - Support the execution of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions - Conduct financial analysis, valuation and industry research - Assist in preparing presentations, transaction materials and due diligence outputs Equity Capital Markets (ECM) - Support the origination and execution of equity and equity-linked transactions - Contribute to market updates, investor analysis and transaction positioning - Assist in preparing pitch books, offering materials and execution documentation Debt Capital Markets (DCM) - Assist in the structuring and execution of bond issuances and other debt financing solutions - Support pricing analysis, market monitoring and investor-related considerations - Prepare client materials and transaction updates for internal and external stakeholders Strategic Acquisition Finance & Rating Advisory - Support a highly recognized franchise providing Strategic Acquisition Finance and Rating Advisory to key clients - Assist in analyzing acquisition financing solutions, capital structures and rating considerations - Prepare financial analysis and client materials to support strategic dialogue and transaction discussions What You’ll Gain - Bro
