Financial Accountant

What You'll Do - Own day-to-day accounting across group entities — month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, intercompany transactions - Prepare financial statements and management reports under IFRS, including accounting for digital assets, token positions, and trading PnL - Support consolidation across multiple jurisdictions and assist with group reporting requirements - Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders — and come prepared, not just present - Spot process gaps and fix them — reporting templates, controls, automation opportunities - Work alongside the team to build and validate AI-powered tools for financial reporting and analysis What You Bring - 4–7 years of experience — ideally a mix of CPA firm (Big 4 or mid-tier) and at least one in-house role - CPA qualified or near completion - Solid IFRS knowledge, particularly financial instruments and fair value - Exposure to digital assets or fintech is a plus — genuine curiosity about the space is a must - You learn fast and don't need everything spelled out - You flag problems before they become someone else's problem - Comfortable in a lean team where the scope stretches beyond your job title What This Isn't This isn't a role where you inherit a clean, well-documented set of processes and coast.
