Finance Manager (Big 4 Experienced)

Our client is looking for a Finance Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE to oversee internal controls, financial reporting, budgeting, P&L and compliance. Key Responsibilities will Include: • Lead financial strategy, governance, and cross-functional alignment to support organizational growth and transparency. • Manage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and P&L oversight. • Ensure compliance with UAE and international financial regulations, while maintaining strong internal controls and risk management practices. • Utilize platforms such as Power BI and Dynamics 365 to deliver insights, automate reporting, and support decision-making. • Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team focused on accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement. Who we’re looking for: • Must have a bachelor’s, higher degree in Finance, Accounting, or related Field CPA, ACCA, CA. • Must have 8 years of professional accounting experience with 5+ years of managerial role. • Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations. • Proven experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. • Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; ability to lead system improvements. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across functions and geographies. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, process-improvement mindset. • Fluent in English. (both written and spoken).
