Finance Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY ODDITY is looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our New York based team. You will support ODDITY across all aspects of financial planning and reporting, including ad-hoc projects. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Analyze business performance across product categories, funnels and geographies - Build monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP - Support quarterly and year-end audits, including preparation of audit working papers - Prepare monthly reports for leadership teams - highlighting KPIs, trends and insights - Implement processes to enhance reporting efficiency, including automation and implementation of new tools - Assist with budgeting, reforecasting and variance analysis across departments - Partner cross-functionally with teams to align goals - Strengthen internal controls framework and processes, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Recent graduate with relevant coursework or 1 - 3 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, public accounting or corporate finance, preferable in a high-growth environment - Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field of study with a record of high academic achievement at a top university - Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling and accounting practices - Experience with tools like Looker, Claude, ERP systems or Alteryx is a plus - Excellent attention to detail, plus the ability to see the bigger strategic picture - Proactive, collaborative mindset - someone who asks "What's next?" instead of waiting for direction - Eager to learn and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, dynamic environment WHAT YOU'LL GET - Salary range: $75k - 95k commensurate wit
