What you'll do As a Finance Analyst, you'll play a central role in shaping how the business makes decisions. You'll dive into multiple reporting workbooks, analyze trends, collaborate across teams, and present your findings to leadership. You'll turn data into actionable insights that drive revenue, optimize operations, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Day to day, you can expect to: - Manage up to a dozen operational and financial reporting workbooks, spanning sales, wholesale, shipping, subscriptions, and marketing - Maintain and improve the reporting routines behind these workbooks, ensuring accurate daily, weekly, and month-end insights - Prepare and present brief PowerPoint updates on a regular basis, delivering clear, accurate insights to leadership and cross-functional teams in both in-person and virtual settings - Partner cross functionally with Leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and turn reporting into actionable business insights - Take an ownership role in supply chain forecasting, wholesale strategic planning, month end reporting, and the annual budgeting process - Support company research and development efforts by identifying new opportunities, trends, and risks based on sales, customer, and channel perform
