• Support the origination and execution • A proven track record • Prepare and maintain market updates, pitch books Responsibilities • Support the origination and execution of ECM transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades, private placements and other fund-raising exercises • Prepare and maintain market updates, pitch books, transaction databases and NDR/roadshow arrangements • Liaise with sales desk, issuer client and investors during deal execution • Manage day-to-day client enquiries and dialogues, developing skills in addressing questions and facilitating professional dialogues Candidate Profile • Fresh graduates with relevant work experience in Equity Capital Markets (ECM) or Investment Banking are welcome. • A proven portfolio of investor and corporate relationships, with a demonstrated ability to originate new business. • A proven track record of successfully executing diverse ECM transactions (IPOs, FOs, blocks, and private placements).
