ADIB Group is seeking a Senior Investment Banker to lead the development and growth of its investment banking division in Dubai. The role focuses on sourcing and executing M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory with a hands-on leadership style. You will collaborate with the CEO to define a strategic roadmap, build a high-performing team, and manage deals from pitch to close across the UAE and beyond.
