Digital Marketing Specialist/Performance Marketing

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer / Digital Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in generating high-quality leads through Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with a clear focus on lead quality, conversions, ROI, and business growth. Candidates with prior experience in Business Setup, Real Estate, Accounting & Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, PRO Services, or other UAE-based professional services will be highly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Plan, execute, manage, and optimize lead-generation campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). • Develop and implement performance marketing strategies aligned with company sales and revenue targets. • Generate high-quality leads for Business Setup, Real Estate, Accounting & Taxation, VAT, Corporate Tax, AML, PRO Services, and related services. • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and market analysis to improve campaign performance. • Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Lead Quality, and Cost per Acquisition. • Continuously optimize campaigns, budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, keywords, and placements. • Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, ad copy, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies. • Work closely with the sales, content, and design teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Develop and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversions from existing website visitors and leads. • Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other tracking tools. • Analyze customer journeys and marketing funnels and identify opportunities for improvement. • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights, recommendations, and action plans. • Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure ca
