Job Vacancy Position: Digital Marketing Specialist – Content & Multimedia Location: UAE – [Dubai] (on-site; must be physically based in the UAE) Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time — working hours and days to be discussed and agreed during the interview About The Company The Company is a diversified investment group operating across multiple sectors in the UAE, including engineering, energy, and general trading . We are looking for a creative and hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our visual content and grow our presence across web and social platforms. Key Responsibilities • Plan, shoot, and edit professional photography and videography for marketing use across all group entities. • Edit and produce high-quality visual content (photos, short-form video, reels, promotional clips). • Create, publish, and manage content for the company website and keep it current. • Manage day-to-day content across all social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), including scheduling and community engagement. • Attend company events, parties, and functions to capture photo and video coverage. • Work closely with the SEO Officer to align content with SEO strategy and improve reach and rankings. • Maintain brand consistency across all content and platforms. Requirements • Proven professional skills in photography and videography (portfolio required). • Proficiency in editing tools (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent). • Experience managing social media and website content. • Understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles. • Strong creative eye, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. • Must be physically available in the UAE and able to attend on-site shoots and events.
