Digital Marketing Manager Location: Dubai, UAE Experience: Minimum 2 years (UAE Agency or Marketing Environment) Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of experience working in a digital marketing agency or managing marketing for a multi-service clinic in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple client accounts simultaneously, planning and executing digital campaigns, managing paid advertising budgets, and delivering measurable business growth. This role is ideal for someone who understands agency workflows, can manage multiple deadlines, communicate confidently with clients, and use data to improve campaign performance. Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple client accounts. - Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Manage client relationships and ensure marketing objectives are achieved. - Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed monthly reports with actionable insights. - Manage advertising budgets and maximize ROI. - Coordinate with designers, content creators, videographers, and developers to deliver campaigns. - Oversee SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and lead generation initiatives. - Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and platform updates. Requirements - Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a digital marketing agency or marketing department of a clinic or similar multi-service business. - Strong hands-on experience with: - Google Ads - Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) - Google Analytics (GA4) - SEO - Social Media Marketing - Experience managing multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously.
