We're Hiring: Marketing Head Location: Dubai, UAE Company: Espada Group Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Espada Group is looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Head to lead our marketing initiatives across multiple business divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing our in-house podcast studio, leading the social media team, and strengthening our brand presence across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth. - Lead and manage the marketing, content, and social media teams. - Oversee the planning, production, and promotion of podcast studio content. - Create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. - Manage brand positioning, online presence, and marketing budgets. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent brand communication. - Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports. - Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing leadership. - Strong experience in digital marketing and social media management. - Experience managing creative teams and marketing campaigns. - Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. - Real estate industry experience will be an added advantage. - Experience in podcast production, video content strategy, or media management is highly preferred.
